Welcome to use the application developed by Chengdu Lingdong Yuntu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we")!

Before using this application, you should carefully read and comply with our service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). Please read and fully understand the contents of each clause carefully, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, dispute resolution, and legal application. Clauses that exempt or limit liability may be displayed in bold font, and you should pay special attention to them. When you actually use the services of this application, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and this agreement becomes legally binding. You promise to accept and abide by the provisions of this agreement, and at that time, you should not claim that this agreement is invalid or request its revocation on the grounds of not having read the contents of this agreement or not having obtained our answers to your inquiries.

Agreement Content and Effectiveness

The content of this agreement includes the main body of the agreement and all the rules we have already published or may publish in the future, including privacy policies, various policies, rules, statements, notices, warnings, prompts, and explanations (hereinafter referred to as "rules"). The aforementioned rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.

Service content

The application includes the official website (domain name ldyt.online), mobile client, and other methods. We will continuously enrich the terminals and forms of the services you use in this application. This agreement automatically applies to your use of all versions of the software and services. At the same time, we have the right to independently decide to change, upgrade, modify, or transfer the service or any part thereof, as well as its related functions and applications, and to announce the notification on our official website (ldyt.online).

Specifications for Service Use

1. You undertake not to use the services of this application for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following behaviors: uploading, transmitting, or sharing information containing any of the following content: (a) opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution; (b) endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity; (c) harming national honor and interests; (d) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity; (e) undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; (f) spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability; (g) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or inciting crime; (h) insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights of others; (i) containing false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, invasive of privacy, harassing, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or other morally objectionable content; (j) containing content restricted or prohibited by the laws, regulations, rules, and regulations applicable in China or your country of residence.
2. You undertake not to use the services of this application in any way that infringes upon our commercial interests or engages in any activities that may cause harm to this application.

Third-Party SDK Service Statement

1. When you configure and connect third-party application services within this application for use in your enterprise, this program will collect relevant information when you launch the application and process it in accordance with the service agreement. Typically, we use the Firebase SDK, Google Analytics 4 SDK, and Singular SDK to analyze data within the program; the Google AdMob SDK is used to display advertisements within the program. These SDKs may collect and use information about your device, such as your IP address, device identifiers, application crash logs, features used, frequency and duration of use, and advertising identifiers. For more details, please refer to the privacy policies of Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Singular SDK, and Google AdMob.

2.You understand and agree that, unless otherwise expressly provided by law, we shall not be liable for any adjustments, suspension, or termination of this application and third-party SDK services that may affect the third-party SDK and services.

Privacy policy

We will provide corresponding security measures to protect your information using existing technology, and provide reasonable security protection to make every effort to prevent your information from being disclosed, destroyed, or lost at any time. However, please note that there are no absolutely perfect security measures on the internet, so please take good care of the relevant information. Intellectual Property Rights

You understand and agree that, unless otherwise stated by us, all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc.) and related rights of all products, technologies, software, programs, data, and other information (including but not limited to text, images, photos, audio, video, graphics, colors, layout design, electronic documents) included in the services under this agreement are owned by us or our affiliated companies. Additionally, you must ensure that, without obtaining our written authorization, you shall not (and shall not allow any third party to) carry out acts including but not limited to renting, lending, selling, disseminating, copying, modifying, reprinting, compiling, publishing, reversing engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling, or discovering the source code in relation to the above-mentioned rights.

Limited Liability

The services of this application will be provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We explicitly declare that we do not make any express or implied warranties for the services, including but not limited to the warranties, statements, or commitments regarding the applicability, absence of errors or omissions, continuity, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose of the services. At the same time, this application does not make any commitments or guarantees regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness, and timeliness of the technology and information involved in the services.

Valid Notification

Any notice we send to you may be delivered by email, public announcement in the application, personal network area prompts, mobile SMS, or regular mail, and such notice shall be deemed to have been delivered to or become effective for you within 7 days from the date of sending.

Updates to this Agreement

We may revise this agreement from time to time. When the terms of the agreement are changed, we will show you the revised policy in the form of push notifications and pop-ups after you enter the application and during version updates. Please note that we will only collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with the updated guidelines after you agree to our privacy policy.

Dispute Resolution and Others

1. This agreement and the relationship between you and us are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to any principles of conflicts of laws.
2. You understand and agree that we have the right to independently decide on business strategies and transfer all rights and obligations under this agreement to our affiliated companies based on business adjustments. The transfer will be notified in the manner specified in this agreement, and you undertake not to object to this.
